Primal Construction was founded by husband-and-wife team Coty and Peyton Rinehart after moving from a small Louisiana town to Houston. Their approach is simple: deliver professional commercial construction while treating every project as the start of a lasting client relationship.

As a woman-owned Texas business, Primal brings hands-on ownership and direct accountability to every project. That means prioritizing quality, schedule and budget—but also making the process understandable and accountable for the people behind the project.
